Yes, and heck yes. If I lived in a city, this would be a fantastic way to get around, certainly no less convenient, and safe, than vespas and other scooters. I've ridden motorcycles for years, I see no reason why this could not catch on for urban bikers. The greatest resistance will come from the Harley crowd, who spend most of their time broken down ont he side of the road. This is as much a 'revolution' as the Segue was.
