Via ABC News:
George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain who admits he shot unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, was charged with murder today and has been taken into custody.
The charge of second degree murder was brought by special prosecutor Angela Corey, according to the Associated Press. She is expected to announce the charges during a 6 p.m. news conference.
Zimmerman, 28, a white Hispanic neighborhood watch captain, shot and killed Martin, who was 17 and black, on Feb. 26 after following the teenager for several minutes.

now we get to enjoy riots if as some of my friends believe the judge tosses the case out, or as I believe is possible, it goes to trial and Zimmerman is found innocent. I hope people in Florida keep their powder dry...they may need it..
Its a shame how people are acting over this. The parents have made a ton of money from the death of their son. Its bad what happened but it happens all the time to good teens who have not been on drugs like this boy. I believe he was up to no good but I also think it was the police who should of handled it not zimmermen I also think no one should be able to carry a gun for reasons just as this one. If he didnt have a gun trayvon would be the one in jail for battery,an if it was a black man who shot him this case would never have been in the news
