Poor economic news, the debt ceiling debacle, the credit downgrade and subsequent stock market retreat have taken a heavy toll On Americans opinion of how President Obama is doing his job. Obama has his a new disapproval number of 55% in the latest Gallop Obama Job Approval three-day rolling average.
