State Freedom Calculator: New York is Least Free

George Mason University has created a state freedom calculator. You would be correct to guess most of the bottom 10 are controlled by Democrats. Obama's home states of Hawaii and Illinois rank 47 and 41 respectively. No wonder he is the anti-freedom president. My home state of Kentucky came in at a disappointing 32.
