After RomneyCare, Mitt Romney has no credibility when it comes to repealing ObamaCare. Don't fall for this deception.
(CNS News) – The United States has “taken a turn for the worse with ObamaCare,” says Republican Mitt Romney, who brought a similar health care system to Massachusetts.
“If I am elected president, I will issue on my first day in office an executive order paving the way for waivers from ObamaCare for all 50 states. Subsequently, I will call on Congress to fully repeal ObamaCare,” the former Massachusetts governor wrote in a USA Today op-ed published on Thursday.
The op-ed preceded a major campaign speech Romeny plans to deliver in Michigan on Thursday afternoon.
Hey All,
ReplyDeleteAccording to the Constitution, ANY State can implement a health care program as long as the citizens of that state agree with the program by electing representatives that agree with them.
I have no problem what so ever with Romney signing this bill for the residence of his state.
I DO have a problem with the Federal Government dictating to the Country as a whole.
Although I would NEVER vote for Romney, the citizens of Mass. did elect him as their Governor, and he signed the bill in to law.
Why the media equates a STATE program which is Constitutionally allowed with a Federal MANDATE which is UNConstitutional, simply amazes me.
It's indoctrination pure and simple.
There is a HUGE difference between the two.
It's like how the media is indoctrinating us to believe that a "Native born citizen" (one born on the soil of any given Country), and a "Natural born citizen" (Born on the soil of any given Country to parentS who are also citizens of that Country) are the same thing.
I believe our media needs to get back to INFORMING it's audience, and quit indoctrinating us with their OPINION.
