EPA bureaucrat admits they do not consider job impact in economic analysis of rules

This is a real pace-palm moment. EPA Deputy Administrator Mathy Stanislaus sputters like an idiot and keeps saying "get back to you" when Rep. Cory Gardner (R – Colorado) pins him down on the fact EPA is supposed to do an economic analysis of rule changes, but they completely ignore job impact as part of that analysis.
