When the U.S. Government ends up on the same side of a Middle East political issue as Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, something has gone horribly wrong.
Here is what Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had to say.
Iran's president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Friday claimed the uprising in Egypt heralded a new Middle East without the "satanic" influence of the West and that will doom Israel...Here is what President Obama had to say.
"In spite of all the (West's) complicated and satanic designs ... a new Middle East is emerging without the Zionist regime and US interference, a place where the arrogant powers will have no place," he told a rally in Tehran's Azadi Square to make the anniversary of the Revolutio
"The people of Egypt have spoken," President Barack Obama said at the White House. "Their voices have been heard, and Egypt will never be the same."Would you like to venture a guess who is correct in their analysis?
..."The wheel of history turned at a blinding pace" the past few weeks and disproved the notion that "justice is gained by violence," Obama concluded. "In Egypt, it was the moral force of nonviolence - not terrorism, not mindless killing ... that bent the arc of history toward justice once more."
Did Obama get a "Members Only" jacket for the occasion?

Hey All,
ReplyDeleteThe phrase:
"Birds of a feather flock together"
comes to mind.
Stop being idiots, you morons. Ahmadinejad is praising Egyptians for overturning their government because Egypt may now be an ally to the rest of the middle east; against Israel. He feels it's for Iran's best interests--although, he should keep it to himself because saying it empowers the protesters in his own country to overthrow him.
ReplyDeleteObama is saying it because he believes in democracy, and the Egyptians were an extremely oppressed people. I'm sure Obama is worried about the outcome of their elections, but the radicals in Egypt are a huge minority in the coutry.
Happy to see your blog as it is just what I?ve looking for and excited to read all the posts.
ReplyDeleteI am look onward to another grand article from you.
