Chuck Schumer is a top Senate Democrat and touted as a likely replacement for Harry Reid, if Reid had failed in his reelection bid. In this video, Schumer explains the three branches of government are the House, the Senate and the Presidency. He left out the judicial branch. Of course, Democrats see the judicial branch as an arm of the liberal Democratic Party. Perhaps, that is what confused Schumer. For the record, the three branches of government are executive, legislative, and judicial.
