McCain isn't advocating use of military force.
Regime change in North Korea isn't likely to happen without military force. Their "Dear Leader" and "General" is revered as a "god." Here is an English subtitled propaganda film to give you an idea of the brainwashing North Koreans have been subjected too.

Hey All,
Although I am a little concerned about North Korea, I believe our focus ought to be on what's going on here in the States.
Until our mess is cleaned up, I'm not sure I would be ready to commit assets anything other than fixing the mess we are in.
We shouldn't send military forces there, we should cut off aid so they can't rely on our support. Oh and just so people know, their eternal leader who is revered as god is not Kim Jong Il but his dead father, do yea they are that crazy.
