Obamacare Fail: Only Two people in NJ Sign Up for High Risk Pool


The pools states are currently setting up are for people with pre-existing conditions who have been uninsured for six months. Only two people in New Jersey have agreed to join this program. The state should have plenty of money to help pay their medical claims. NJ is receiving $141 million in federal subsidies for this program.
Just two people in New Jersey will begin receiving coverage Monday under new plans created by federal health care reforms.

NJ Protect plans are available to those who have been without insurance for at least six months and submit evidence of pre-existing health conditions. Read more here.
