Rasmussen: Republicans Hold Six-Point Lead Over Democrats on the Generic Congressional Ballot

The latest Rasmussen survey of likely voters has found Republicans holding onto a six-point lead in a generic congressional ballot. Rasmussen found 44% of Likely Voters would vote for their district's Republican congressional candidate, while 38% would vote for the Democrat. Republicans took the lead on the Generic Ballot since mid-June 2009 and have held it since.
