Joe Biden's Latest Gaffe: "We’re going to shock the heck out of everybody... We’re going to win the House" (video)

"F" bomb dropping VP Joe Biden told ABC's Jake Tapper about the fall elections, "We’re going to shock the heck out of everybody." Biden also claimed, "We’re going to win the House and we’re going to win the Senate. We’re not going to lose either one of those bodies.” Of course Biden also admitted Hillary Clinton was more qualified to be Vice President than he was. He may have gotten that one right.

In an EXCLUSIVE interview on "This Week" with anchor Jake Tapper, his tone about the midterms was almost cheery. “I don’t think the [Democratic] losses are going to be bad at all. I think we’re going to shock the heck out of everybody,” Biden said....

“What I believe, what the president believes, we’re going to win the House and we’re going to win the Senate. We’re not going to lose either one of those bodies,” Biden said.
