Why is President Obama taking such a 'hands off' management style approach to America's biggest man-made environmental disaster? Perhaps it is because he was the
top recipient of BP's campaign contributions in 2008 and, then,
promised to "keep our boot on the neck of British Petroleum." How do you meet face-to-face with someone after that kind of betrayal?
