Most of the 9-11 hijackers (pictured above) were here on visas they should not have gotten. In response, the Department of Homeland Security’s Visa Security Program (VSP) was created in 2002 as part of the Homeland Security Act. Currently, only 14 of the 57 “high risk” U.S. consulates have VSB units. The program was poorly implemented by the Bush administration. Now, President Obama is completely freezing funding for this vital program. In the wake of the recent "underpants" bomber (pictured right), this lack of concern for Americans safety is incredible.
