Assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, John Morton has announced the Obama administration has no intention of enforcing the law. He told the Chicago Tribune that INS would not process illegals referred to them by Arizona authorities. This is a shameful day in American history. What happened to their Constitutional oaths?

A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.
John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports.
“I don’t think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution,” Morton told the newspaper...

I think this is wonderful...AZ is getting what it deserves...whether they detain in a facility or incarcerate ..this is about to cost Arizona's citizens quite a bit of money...good for John Morton

The Obama administration has no respect for state rights. Maybe the Arizona law is not the solution but was has done by this administrations done to fix this?
It has been the lack of INS controls that caused this problem and now they want to stick their head in the sand hope it fixes itself.
More change that is more of the same.
Maybe Arizona could put the illegals on buses to Washington and then turn them loose there.
