No wonder Republicans oppose Goodwin Liu's appointment to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a radical leftist who believes the Constitution can be interpreted to mean anything he wants. Among his distorted views is the idea all Americans owe reparations to blacks for slavery; even if they or their ancestors came to America after slavery was ended. Some of Goodwin Liu's other distortions of the Constitution are opposition to the death penalty and a belief in a Constitutional right for welfare.
