Demo Rep. Hank Johnson: Excuse me, but the island of Guam is getting ready to capsize

    Wow...there just aren't any words to describe how moronic this man must be. But it does bring to mind a couple of words "term limits". How the hell to people like this get elected?!??!?!?

    He took over for Cynthia McKinney, I would say they must be the dumbest district in America.
