Voters: Tea Party movement members have better understanding of the issues facing America than Congress

This may make some liberal heads explode. According to a recent Rasmussen survey,
voters believe the average member of the Tea Party movement has a better understanding of the issues facing America today than the average member of Congress.

It doesn't end there. Forty-six percent (46%) think Tea party members are more ethical than the average member of Congress. Of course, the bar is very low when it comes to beating Congress on ethics.

Rasmussen
reported:
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 52% of U.S. voters believe the average member of the Tea Party movement has a better understanding of the issues facing America today than the average member of Congress. Only 30% believe that those in Congress have a better understanding of the key issues facing the nation.

The mainstream media's attempt to label Tea Party members as racist extremists is failing.
