Democrats are planning to pass the Senate health care bill without even voting on it. They plan to change the rules to deem it passed when House Democrats pass the health care reconciliation bill. This rule change is called the "Slaughter Solution." It is named after Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY) who told the sob story at the health care summit claiming a constituent wore her dead sister’s teeth. GOP House Whip Eric Cantor thinks this rule change is unconstitutional.
