The Hill is reporting there are 39 Democrats voting no. Democrats can only afford 37 defections and reach the 216 yes vote number they need for passage. There are conflicting reports Stupak will cave for a useless Executive Order or something. The latest report is there is still no deal, but don't be shocked to Stupak 'heel' and accept some kind of face saving token from President Obama.
