Senator Bayh is considered one of the most conservative democrats in the Senate. I guess having his arm twisted to vote for Harry Reid's partisan liberal agenda is just more than he can take for another six years.

My take on this Bayh decision is that he is a COWARD. He can now vote for the Obama agenda WITHOUT any consequences for his votes.
Being an Indiana resident, I have emailed Bayh with my displeasure in him voting for EVERY Obama program. Also, when I emailed Bayh, there is a box where you check if you want a reply, which I did, but have yet to get a reply to any of my emails.
He voted for the Omnibus spending bill last Feb, the "stimulus" bill, and the healthcare bill.
He may be "considered" a conservative Democrat, but he's a wolf in sheeps clothing.
I believe he sees the writing on the wall, and that he could be beat by another "Brown".
I say "see ya later Evan, you COWARD".
