Chris Matthews Compares Republicans to The Murderous Khmer Rouge

Just when you think Tingles couldn't get any stupider, he compares Republicans to the Khmer Rouge regime that killed two million Cambodians. MSNBC should be ashamed. I would say the same for Matthews, but he doesn't appear to have any shame.
