Fifty-nine Percent (59%) of Americans Think Global Warming Data Has Been Falsified

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Americans think global warming data has been falsified. Only just 25% of adults think most scientists agree on the topic. Americans aren't buying the 'global warming science is settled' argument. Twenty percent (20%) are following the Climategate sandal closely. This low 'following closely' number is not surprising since much of the mainstream media is refusing to report the leaked emails that expose global warming fraud.

Rasmussen reported:
Most Americans (52%) believe that there continues to be significant disagreement within the scientific community over global warming...

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Americans say it’s at least somewhat likely that some scientists have falsified research data...

Ever wonder what the infamous Mann's 'Hockey Stick' graph would look like without the 'Hide The Data' trick? It has been constructed from this leaked data. Here it is.

There is no 'hockey stick' in the above graph. Now you know why they had to 'fudge' the results and dump their raw data.

You are right- we knew there were problems before the emails. They just confirmed what we could already see. Great post.

You are quoting Rassmussen Poll. Scott Rassmassen is an evangelical Christian who describes himself as having "been an independent pollster for more than a decade" who "[l]ike the company he started, maintai ns his independence and has never been a campaign pollster or consultant for candidates seeking office".

However, the Center for Public Integrity listed his firm as having been paid $95,500 by the Republican National Committee and $45,500 by the George W. Bush presidential campaign in 2003-4.

His opinion polling is generally skewed to reflect Republican views and are often used by Republicans to support their views.
