Fort Hood Shooter Linked To 9-11 Hijackers

Major Nidal Malik Hasan attended the same Mosque, Dar al-Hijrah, in Virginia as two of the 9-11 hijackers. The preacher at the time was Anwar al-Awlaki. He has been accused of backing terrorist organizations.

The Telegraph reported:
Hasan, the sole suspect in the massacre of 13 fellow US soldiers in Texas, attended the controversial Dar al-Hijrah mosque in Great Falls, Virginia, in 2001 at the same time as two of the September 11 terrorists, The Sunday Telegraph has learnt. His mother's funeral was held there in May that year.

The preacher at the time was Anwar al-Awlaki...

Like our fearless leader most people such as Hasan tend to follow the teachings and share the beliefs of the leaders of their churches or Mosques.
Having said that it does not surprise me that Hasan felt Muslims should rise up against aggressors, meaning his fellow soldiers fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.
This will cause all Muslims to be looked at with more suspicion then after the 911 attacks and perhaps that should have never stopped. Not that any one should be targeted in any way but close observation for signs that were obviously missed could have prevented 13 deaths and many severe injuries to say nothing of the post trauma suffered by all who witnessed the shooting as well as family or friends of victims.

This information will be buried by the mainstream press; then another will die, then another, then another etc. This is what happens with the fourth estate is in the shape it's in. George W. Bush contributed to this but Obama has such close ties to the muslim world that political correctness may kill a lot more people. Another point: why was this man allowed to stay in the military after finding that out?

I am sorry that you are scared Jay and cindy, but I think that racial and religious profiling has no place in our society. We didn't profile White guys after the Oklahoma City bombing, to think that it is their religion or race that is the problem is ignorance and prejudice. If we start changing our beliefs of "presumed innocent until proven guilty" and "all men are created equal" to give people a false sense of security, we lose the things that make us a great nation.

P.S. Bush and Cheney were in business dealings with the Saudi royal family for DECADES before they came to power, Obama was born in Hawaii and worked in Chicago,
