The 'Stimulus' isn't Stimulating Employment

Unemployment is now officially 9.8%. A quick look at this chart from Innocent Bystanders reveals the current unemployment rate is far worse than unemployment predictions if the 'stimulus' wasn't passed.

We were told the stimulus would create or save 3.5 million new jobs by the end of 2010. Team Obama's predictions were based on unemployment being reduced to 7% by the end of 2010. I think Americans can declare the 'stimulus' a failure now.
