Elston McGowan (pictured above) is the Public Service Director of SEIU Local 2000. He was one of two SEIU members arrested for beating a protester outside Russ Carnahan's health care town hall in St. Louis. His shoulder was dislocated in the scuffle. The SEIU is paying his legal bills. 24th State reported his workers compensation claim was denied. He thought he was working?
