Guess what? So called 'birthers" are not a fringe group.
According to a Kos/Research2000 poll published on Politico, only 42% of Republicans and 83% of Independents are sure Obama was born in the USA. Even 7% of democrats are unsure. Americans who want Obama to prove his eligibility can not be called a fringe group anymore. Twenty-three percent(23%) of Americans is not a fringe group.

Its interesting this survey mentioned independents, More and more the polls are making sure the mark this down because of people like former Green Beret Trevor Drown who is running for US Senate in Arkansas
