Barney Frank Claims Stimulus isn't Working Because Republicans Made them Cut $40 billion
Barney Frank claimed the Stimulus isn't working because they had to cut $40 billion to secure the votes of the three RINO's that helped pass the bill. Rep. Frank jokes around in this segment with Stewart, but he is serious when talking about why the stimulus isn't working.
