You would have read completely into each one of these....to get some ideas.

Several of these pork contracts...had only two bids. That's very curious. Normally, you can't let a contract of this size without three or more.

This door at Dyess Air Force base? It's a hangar door. With the cost involved...I'm thinking the entire door going to be renovated and a new motor system bought and installed. This might have been necessary....but it's not stimulus.
