US President Barack Obama's administration has finalized a nearly 3.6 trillion dollar budget for 2010, including a higher than anticipated 90 billion dollar deficit increase, according to an updated plan released Monday.

Obama's budget is designed to fail. He knows what he's doing.
Would certainly wish someone would explain how the current administration's quadrupling the budget deficit is somehow the fault of the previous administration.

Obama owns this deficit now. He will soon own this recession if it doesn't get better in a few months.
