A priggish plumber seeks to become a shining star

Am I the only one getting very tired of "Joe the Plumber?" I will be glad when his 15 minutes of fame has ended. John McCain launched him into the national media spot light, but Joe was completely unappreciative. I don't mind anyone trying to earn a buck, but this guy just needs to shut up and go away.

Samuel Wurzelbacher, best known as Joe the Plumber, is reporting from Israel these days as part of his new gig for a conservative Web site, Pajamas TV (http://www.pjtv.com).

Wurzelbacher did a stand-up next to a large pile of rockets fired from Gaza into Israel and offered this interesting take on what journalists, such as himself, should do. Full article here.

  1. I couldn't agree more. Taking political advice from him is tantamount to taking business advice from someone who one the lottery.

I still haven't discovered his talents and expertise in anything. Though, he considers himself an expert on some issues.

I'm a Republican, but I was never a fan of Joe "the plumber" and all the other circus acts that revolved around McCain's campaign.
